What will happen on march 11

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen. Haha just kidding. Welcome to my blog. I'm Emilia Nieminen and this blog is going to be my diary for my trip to Thailand on March. So I'm going to fulfill one of my biggest dreams on march with my dear friend Niina. We are going to Thailand as volunteers to work with local organisation called The Wildlife Friends Foundation of Thailand. For two weeks we will be working with elephants in an elephant rescue center and after that we'll be working other two weeks in a wildlife rescue center, which has many different animals. 🐘 I've always wanted to do something good with my life. I love helping others and volunteer work has always been something I've wanted to do. I'm also very passionate about animals and their rights. I believe that this will be a hell of an adventure and it will be something that Nina and I won't ever forget. 👭

I love travelling and seeing new cultures and I've never been in Thailand before so this is very exciting. It's not the first time I'll be travelling without my parents, but it is the first time I'll be a month away from my home, my family and my boyfriend, so it is pretty scary too. I know I'll miss them so so much. I'll try to update this blog as much as possible and as often as I can before, during and even a little bit after being in Thailand. I hope that when I share my experiences about this trip, it will inspire others to travel more and maybe to work as volunteers in Thailand or other countries. 😊

Only 50 days left before our flight leaves Finland and our adventure begins. 🙋 So fingers crossed that everything goes well. 🙏
